Reiki Level I is the foundation of Reiki practice and focuses on self-healing, energy awareness, and developing a relationship with universal life force energy. This one-on-one attunement opens you to channel Reiki and introduces you to the principles, history, and ethics of Reiki, along with basic hand positions and techniques for self-care and offering Reiki to others in an informal setting.

This attunement is held privately and at your own pace, allowing space for questions, integration, and nervous system support. Continued guidance and support are included in the price, so you are not left navigating the experience alone after your session. Ideal for those seeking deeper self-connection, energetic balance, and a gentle entry into energy work. 

After booking, the practitioner will reach out to schedule a brief consultation prior to your attunement. This allows space to connect, answer questions, and ensure the session is aligned with your intentions.
