Custom Massage Therapy

Fijian massage is a traditional healing practice that uses the feet to apply pressure, drawing from the ancient techniques of the Fijian people. This unique modality incorporates long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and targeted pressure to release areas of tension in the body.

Because the feet can generate deeper pressure than hands, Fijian massage is especially effective for relieving deep-seated muscle tightness and promoting circulation. This fully clothed massage offers a deeply therapeutic experience, easing tension while fostering relaxation and overall well-being.

Prenatal Massage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized technique designed to encourage the natural flow of lymph, a clear fluid that helps remove waste and toxins from the body. Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Reiki

Experience a blend of techniques to heal the energetic body and chakras.  Including but not limited to crystal treatment, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Aromatherapy, Sound Vibrational Healing, and more.  Treat the energy body and watch the physical body follow suit.  This modality can be accomplished fully clothed or integrated into any massage therapy session.
