This one-hour workshop is designed to introduce children to mindfulness in a fun, age-appropriate way. Through playful games, interactive activities, and calming practices, kids will explore tools to help them improve focus, build emotional awareness, and feel more peaceful in everyday life.

This class offers a supportive and engaging environment for children to learn and grow—no prior mindfulness experience needed.

You will learn to set intentions to use the rods safely and how to receive messages from Loved ones in Spirit, Spirit Guides, or even your own Higher Self. Wild Yoga Adventures for Kids

Ready for Liftoff! Arm Balance Yoga Workshop

Join Kara for a supportive and empowering arm balance workshop that explores a different pose each month.

Each workshop begins with a warm-up designed to prepare the body for the unique strength, mobility, and awareness needed for our featured arm balance. Then, through a slow, steady flow, we’ll build heat, create space, and strengthen the key muscle groups that help us find stability and confidence.

We’ll then break down the mechanics of the pose step by step, exploring alignment, engagement, balance, and breath. Through drills, modifications, and prop-supported variations, you’ll gain practical tools to better understand the pose and continue developing your practice beyond the workshop.

Whether you’re exploring arm balances for the first time or refining your technique, this workshop offers a supportive environment to build strength, move with intention, and experience the confidence that comes from balancing on your hands! 

All levels welcome. No prior arm balance experience necessary.

Ready for Liftoff! Arm Balance Basics

Curious about who you may have been before this lifetime? Join us for a gentle, guided group past life regression designed to support reflection, insight, and deep relaxation in a grounded and welcoming environment.

Through breathwork, guided meditation, and visualization, participants will be invited into a calm, restorative state where symbolic imagery, emotions, memories, or intuitive impressions may naturally arise. Each experience is unique — some people experience vivid scenes, while others simply receive feelings, messages, or a sense of deep rest and connection.

Following the regression, we’ll allow time for journaling, grounding, and optional sharing in community.

This workshop is intended for curiosity, self-exploration, and personal insight. No prior experience with meditation or regression work is needed.  Space is limited to maintain an intimate and comfortable atmosphere.

Echos of the Soul

Step out of the noise and into a space designed for deep nervous system restoration. This 90-minute experience blends gentle, supportive practices with guided Yoga Nidra and immersive sound therapy to help your body shift out of stress mode and into true rest.
You’ll be guided into a state between waking and sleeping—where the nervous system can reset, the mind can soften, and the body can begin to restore itself naturally. This is not about effort or performance, but about allowing… unwinding… and receiving.
Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, depleted, anxious, or simply in need of intentional rest.  No experience is needed. Come as you are.

What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing. All props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel extra cozy (blanket, pillow, etc.).

Your body moves in rhythms, just like the moon. Join us for a full day of exploration, creativity, and connection as we dive into the wisdom of your menstrual cycle and discover ways to honor the natural rhythms within your body.

During this immersive workshop, participants will learn about the phases of the menstrual cycle, how they can influence energy, emotions, creativity, and intuition, and how to begin creating a deeper relationship with their own unique cycle.

Throughout the day, you will:

Explore your personal cycle with Jamie, then create a cycle mapping magnet with Emma.

Learn how herbs can support your cycle and create a custom herbal blend with Jamie.

Create your own intentional Moon Magic ring with Jake to wear during your bleed as a reminder to honor your body and embrace rest.

Finish the day with a gentle restorative somatic practice designed to support relaxation, grounding, and connection during your menstrual phase with Jamie. 

Light snacks and tea will be provided. Participants will have a one-hour lunch break to enjoy a meal nearby or bring their own lunch.

Join us for a day of learning, creativity, and connection as we celebrate the wisdom of the body and the magic of living in alignment with your natural cycles.

Moon Magic

Learn to read Tarot in a way that actually sticks. This beginner-friendly, two-part workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to confidently read for themselves or loved ones.

Taught through a visual and symbolic approach, you’ll explore the cards using storytelling, imagery, and pattern recognition to help you understand and remember the base meanings and key phrases with ease. This is a grounded, intuitive way of learning that helps the cards make sense—without feeling overwhelming.

Each session includes a breakdown of the deck, guidance on interpreting symbols, simple spreads you can return to again and again, and time to practice in a supportive space. You’ll leave feeling more confident, connected, and ready to begin your Tarot practice.

Please bring your own Tarot deck and something to take notes with. Handouts will be provided.

Step into a yoga experience for every body. This open level Vinyasa class welcomes all skills and abilities, offering options, variations, and props so each pose supports your unique form, strength, and movement. 

Each class begins by arriving through breath and a grounding warm-up that centers the mind and awakens the body. From there we move into a slow, intentional flow, building steady heat and energy while nourishing both strength and softness. As the practice unfolds, you’ll be guided toward a playful peak pose, with space for curiosity and exploration. We wind down with a soothing cool-down to release and restore, before settling into Savasana - a deeply restful pause where the body integrates, the mind softens, and balance returns. 

Every class is woven with a unique theme inspired by yoga philosophy, offering reflections to carry with you beyond the mat.

Vinyasa Flow

Yoga Sculpt is an energizing, full-body workout that blends traditional yoga with light strength training. Using hand weights, the practice builds muscular endurance while still flowing through yoga-inspired movements. The result is a well-rounded practice that tones and strengthens the body, supports better balance, and leaves you feeling both energized and grounded. Yoga Sculpt offers the perfect mix of strength, stability, and stretch, making it ideal for anyone looking to build lean muscle while still enjoying the flow and mindfulness of yoga. Open to all levels.

Yoga Sculpt

Step into a space of stillness and deep release. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this deeply nourishing practice works the body’s connective tissues through long-held postures and the support of props, encouraging release, restoring balance, and creating harmony within. 

Each class begins with breath, reflection, and a restorative shape to quiet the mind and settle the nervous system. From there, we move through Yin postures, held for several minutes, allowing the fascia, joints, ligaments, and deeper layers of the body to soften and open. Gentle guidance is woven, along with moments of silence to offer space to turn inward, cultivate patience, and release effort. We close with Savasana, giving the body time to integrate and return to balance. 

Each class is guided by a thoughtful theme inspired by yoga philosophy, offering reflections to carry with you beyond the mat.

Restorative yoga is a slow, deeply relaxing style of yoga designed to help the body and mind fully unwind. When combining restorative yoga at night it is like giving your body permission to pause—helping you transition from the demands of the day into a state of calm, rest, and better sleep. Open to all levels.

Restorative Yoga

Build a deeper understanding of your yoga practice through a slower-paced, methodical approach that focuses on alignment, awareness, and mindful movement.

In this class, we’ll spend time exploring reclined, seated, and standing postures while holding each shape for several breaths. This pace allows you to understand the mechanics of each pose, refine your alignment, develop breath control, and build a stronger mind-body connection.

Hatha Foundations is designed for all levels. For those new to yoga, the class provides a supportive environment to learn foundational postures, understand how to safely move into and out of poses, develop confidence in your practice, and have more opportunities for questions and hands-on guidance. For experienced yogis, it offers the opportunity to refine your practice by exploring more specific alignment details, effective use of props, modifications, and advanced variations. The deeper awareness and precision can help elevate your practice and bring greater intention into any style of yoga you explore.

While the pace is slower, this is not a passive class. Through mindful holds and intentional transitions, you’ll build strength, flexibility, stability, and body awareness while continuing to cultivate essential yogic principles of breath, focus, and presence.

All levels welcome. No prior arm balance experience necessary.
