This class offers a supportive and engaging environment for children to learn and grow—no prior mindfulness experience needed.

This playful workshop is designed for kids ages 6–12 and combines creative movement, mindful games, and story-based yoga journeys to build strength, focus, and confidence—all while having a blast.

Soul Architecture

If you’ve been moving through life feeling a little disconnected from your authentic self, this 3-hour immersion offers a gentle place to land. Remember Who You Are blends mindful movement, breath, creative expression, and supportive connection to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gone quiet beneath roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
Through heart-opening yoga, grounding breathwork, guided inner-child visualization, intentional journaling, and playful creative exercises, you will be guided into a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-compassion. You’ll also experience partner and group connection practices that foster a sense of belonging, followed by a closing intention ritual to help you carry your insights forward. Light plant based snacks will be provided. 

This workshop is designed to be nurturing, easeful, and accessible for all levels.

Experience deep relaxation and grounding at our weekly **Sound and Ground** class, where soothing sound healing meets the calming embrace of weighted blankets. In this 45 minute session, you'll be immersed in healing frequencies designed to release tension and quiet the mind, while the gentle weight of the blankets enhances your sense of comfort and stability. Open to all, this class offers a space to reconnect with yourself and find peace in the present moment. Join us for this love donation-based offering and leave feeling centered, restored, and grounded.

Sound & Ground

Step into a yoga experience for every body. This open-level class welcomes all skills and abilities, offering options, variations, and props so each pose supports your unique form, strength, and movement. 

Thoughtfully crafted, the class weaves together two beloved styles of yoga:
1. Hatha, with its emphasis on alignment, breath, balance, and mindful strength; and 
2. Slow Flow Vinyasa, where breath and movement merge into a fluid, meditative dance

We’ll begin by warming up the body and centering the mind, then ease into gentle sun salutations to build heat and presence. From there, we move into a Hatha-focused exploration of foundational poses - pausing, feeling, adjusting, and discovering the alignment that best serves your body. Then, we’ll carry those poses into a Slow Flow Vinyasa sequence, transforming the shapes we learned into a graceful moving flow that nourishes and strengthens our mind, body, and soul. We close with a gentle cool-down and then settle into Savasana, a restorative rest that allows the body and mind to integrate the practice and return to balance. 

Each class is guided by a unique theme inspired by yoga philosophy, offering reflections that extend beyond the mat and deepen the magic of your practice.
