The full-body gong wash helps integrate and ground these shifts, allowing vibrational healing to ripple through your physical and subtle bodies.

Sacred Sound Therapy

Take a little time for yourself in the company of others who understand the ups and downs of parenting. Mom’s Night Inward offers a gentle evening of reflection, connection, and care for moms and parents at any stage of the journey.

Led by Tia Curran, this 90-minute session will include a calming meditation, simple mindfulness tools, and guided journal prompts to help you slow down and check in with yourself. It’s a chance to reset, share space with others, and feel supported—without needing to be or do anything more.

Mom's Night Inward

This playful workshop is designed for kids ages 6–12 and combines creative movement, mindful games, and story-based yoga journeys to build strength, focus, and confidence—all while having a blast.

Kids will explore movement and breath in a fun, supportive environment that encourages curiosity, kindness, and connection. No experience needed—mats are available and all are welcome!

Wild Yoga Adventures for Kids

This one-hour workshop is designed to introduce children to mindfulness in a fun, age-appropriate way. Through playful games, interactive activities, and calming practices, kids will explore tools to help them improve focus, build emotional awareness, and feel more peaceful in everyday life.

This class offers a supportive and engaging environment for children to learn and grow—no prior mindfulness experience needed.

Held under the fullness of the moon and the seasonal threshold of Imbolc - the Celtic festival marking the halfway point between winter and spring - this slow flow invites you to tend the quiet fire within. Rooted yet luminous, this class will balance effort and ease, honoring the subtle shift from stillness toward growth. Expect to leave feeling centered, empowered, and gently illuminated, connected to the deep Earth below and the returning light within.

Igniting Inner Light: Imbolc Full Moon Slow Flow

This heart centered slow flow yoga class is an invitation to move with intention, tenderness, and presence. Through expansive heart-opening poses, our practice will emphasize self-love, breath-led movement, and will offer a chance to deeply connect with your own heart.

Full Heart Slow Flow Yoga

Experience deep relaxation and grounding at our weekly **Sound and Ground** class, where soothing sound healing meets the calming embrace of weighted blankets. In this 45 minute session, you'll be immersed in healing frequencies designed to release tension and quiet the mind, while the gentle weight of the blankets enhances your sense of comfort and stability. Open to all, this class offers a space to reconnect with yourself and find peace in the present moment. Join us for this love donation-based offering and leave feeling centered, restored, and grounded.

Sound & Ground

Step into a yoga experience for every body. This open-level class welcomes all skills and abilities, offering options, variations, and props so each pose supports your unique form, strength, and movement. 

Thoughtfully crafted, the class weaves together two beloved styles of yoga:
1. Hatha, with its emphasis on alignment, breath, balance, and mindful strength; and 
2. Slow Flow Vinyasa, where breath and movement merge into a fluid, meditative dance

We’ll begin by warming up the body and centering the mind, then ease into gentle sun salutations to build heat and presence. From there, we move into a Hatha-focused exploration of foundational poses - pausing, feeling, adjusting, and discovering the alignment that best serves your body. Then, we’ll carry those poses into a Slow Flow Vinyasa sequence, transforming the shapes we learned into a graceful moving flow that nourishes and strengthens our mind, body, and soul. We close with a gentle cool-down and then settle into Savasana, a restorative rest that allows the body and mind to integrate the practice and return to balance. 

Each class is guided by a unique theme inspired by yoga philosophy, offering reflections that extend beyond the mat and deepen the magic of your practice.
