Midweek Mindfulness is a 45-minute donation-based class designed to help you pause, reset, and cultivate calm in the middle of your week. Through guided mindfulness practices, breathwork, and gentle meditations, this class will offer a peaceful space for relaxation and mental clarity. Join us every Wednesday at 6 PM to restore your focus and recharge your mind—no experience needed, all are welcome.
