Mom’s Night Inward offers a gentle evening of reflection, connection, and care for moms and parents at any stage of the journey. Led by Tia Curran, this 90-minute session will include a calming meditation, simple mindfulness tools, and guided journal prompts to help you slow down and check in with yourself. It’s a chance to reset, share space with others, and feel supported—without needing to be or do anything more. Come as you are—this time is just for you.
