Wild Yoga Adventures for Kids

Description
This playful workshop is designed for kids ages 6–12 and combines creative movement, mindful games, and story-based yoga journeys to build strength, focus, and confidence—all while having a blast. Kids will explore movement and breath in a fun, supportive environment that encourages curiosity, kindness, and connection. No experience needed—mats are available and all are welcome!
