Description
Step into a yoga experience for every body. This open-level class welcomes all skills and abilities, offering options, variations, and props so each pose supports your unique form, strength, and movement. Thoughtfully crafted, the class weaves together two beloved styles of yoga: 1. Hatha, with its emphasis on alignment, breath, balance, and mindful strength; and 2. Slow Flow Vinyasa, where breath and movement merge into a fluid, meditative dance We’ll begin by warming up the body and centering the mind, then ease into gentle sun salutations to build heat and presence. From there, we move into a Hatha-focused exploration of foundational poses - pausing, feeling, adjusting, and discovering the alignment that best serves your body. Then, we’ll carry those poses into a Slow Flow Vinyasa sequence, transforming the shapes we learned into a graceful moving flow that nourishes and strengthens our mind, body, and soul. We close with a gentle cool-down and then settle into Savasana, a restorative rest that allows the body and mind to integrate the practice and return to balance. Each class is guided by a unique theme inspired by yoga philosophy, offering reflections that extend beyond the mat and deepen the magic of your practice. Instructed by Kara Hoke
