This open level Vinyasa class welcomes all skills and abilities, offering options, variations, and props so each pose supports your unique form, strength, and movement. Each class begins by arriving through breath and a grounding warm-up that centers the mind and awakens the body. From there we move into a slow, intentional flow, building steady heat and energy while nourishing both strength and softness. As the practice unfolds, you’ll be guided toward a playful peak pose, with space for curiosity and exploration. We wind down with a soothing cool-down to release and restore, before settling into Savasana - a deeply restful pause where the body integrates, the mind softens, and balance returns.
