Remember Who You Are: Identity and Inner Child Workshop

If you’ve been moving through life feeling a little disconnected from your authentic self, this 3-hour immersion offers a gentle place to land. Remember Who You Are blends mindful movement, breath, creative expression, and supportive connection to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gone quiet beneath roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Through heart-opening yoga, grounding breathwork, guided inner-child visualization, intentional journaling, and playful creative exercises, you will be guided into a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-compassion. You’ll also experience partner and group connection practices that foster a sense of belonging, followed by a closing intention ritual to help you carry your insights forward.
