Join Tia each month for a supportive morning of meditation and mindfulness in community. Practicing together creates a steady, grounding energy that’s hard to access alone. Saturday Sangha is a space to slow down, turn inward, and connect with others who are committed to living with greater awareness and intention. Each gathering includes: A short mindfulness-based teaching to inspire reflection Guided meditation practice Time for optional group sharing and connection This is an inclusive and compassionate space where all are welcome — whether you’re brand new to meditation or have an established practice. The path of mindfulness can sometimes feel isolating. Gathering in sangha (community) reminds us that we don’t have to walk it alone.
