Spring Renewal: A Somatic Experience

Description
Spring Renewal is a two-hour guided experience designed to gently awaken circulation, encourage smooth energetic flow, and support the body’s natural transition out of winter stillness. Rooted in seasonal principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine, this practice aligns with the Wood element—associated with vision, direction, and forward movement. We’ll begin with a warm seasonal tea before moving into somatic lymphatic activation, including tapping the eight nests to stimulate key energetic and circulatory crossroads of the body. From there, a slow and intentional Yin Yoga sequence will focus on the side body and connective tissues to encourage expansion and release. The evening closes with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to integrate the work and allow renewal to settle into the nervous system. This workshop is an invitation to clear stagnation, create space, and embody the gentle upward movement of spring. Facilitated by: Jamie Hahne
