Step out of the noise and into a space designed for deep nervous system restoration. This 90-minute experience blends gentle, supportive practices with guided Yoga Nidra and immersive sound therapy to help your body shift out of stress mode and into true rest. You’ll be guided into a state between waking and sleeping—where the nervous system can reset, the mind can soften, and the body can begin to restore itself naturally. This is not about effort or performance, but about allowing… unwinding… and receiving. Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, depleted, anxious, or simply in need of intentional rest. No experience is needed. Come as you are. What to expect: Gentle settling and grounding practices Guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) Sound bath for deep relaxation and integration What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing. All props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel extra cozy (blanket, pillow, etc.). Give yourself permission to pause. Your nervous system will thank you.
